When you use FixThatNow to find cleaning companies or post jobs, we collect:
Contact details: name, email address, telephone number
Location details: postcode or address you provide to find local cleaners
Job details: description of the cleaning job (e.g. type and size of the building, frequency)
Account details: username and password
Communication details: messages you send through our in-app contact form
Usage details: pages you visit, searches you perform, and other interactions
Payment processing is handled by external payment providers such as Stripe. FixThatNow does not itself store full payment-card details or similar payment instrument credentials. However, FixThatNow may store or process billing-related metadata needed to operate subscriptions and payments, including customer and subscription identifiers, plan information, payment and subscription status, invoice or transaction references, billing events, and tax or accounting information where required. We do not collect precise GPS tracking or sensitive personal data.
